Mentoring Program
Supporting new teachers and lecturers by working with a more experienced teacher, lecturer
Mentoring focuses on supporting lecturers in developing selected skills, in the presence of supervision, helping the lecturer with selected areas of development, e.g. rhetorical skills, working with the class. The mentoring course is offered in three versions.
- Training and accompanying the newcomer into lecturing practice.
This is one-to-one care at the beginning of working with a new tutor within a given organization. The aim is for the newcomer to practice safely and become independent in tutoring. - Expanding the lecturer’s scope.
This is group care for tutors who are either seeking to add a new lesson to their own portfolio or are already implementing a topic and need ‘regular maintenance’. The aim is for the group of tutors delivering the lesson to grow and maintain the quality of the outputs. - Accompanying a professional tutor.
This is the individual accompaniment of a lecturer who maintains long-term personal and professional growth. The goal is to have a plan for personal and professional development – theoretical and methodological knowledge and skills – every year.

Special Collection: Celebrating the 430th birthday of J.A. Comenius
Let us commemorate Comenius’ birthday by bringing the idea to life in our personal relationships, schools and society in the following ways:
- Project days at schools – ‘Minus to plus with Amos.’ The funding will enable project days to be delivered by expert speakers in schools where they would not have the funding to do so.
- Competition – Changing the world for the better and implementation of the Comenius Project – Stories of Humanity in schools, libraries and the public.
- Screening the film Like Summer Snow in schools and the public.
- Performance of the musical theater Labyrinth of the World and Paradise of the Heart – for public and schools.
BMA Loan
Mediation of help to a private gymnasium for capacity expansion
BMA is a private four-year grammar school with extended language teaching and a Christian profile. Studying at the BESKYDY MOUNTAIN ACADEMY Gymnasium has become a goal for many primary school students, mainly due to its approach to education, which is based on three main values – family, creativity, and quality. All students matter, and their personal development is very important to the school. During their studies, pupils may take part in trips to the USA, UK or India, weekend trips organized by the school or various interesting projects. Over the last nine years, there has been an increasing number of pupils whom the school cannot accept for capacity reasons. So they decided to renovate and expand their physical facilities, which started in May 2021 and Via Comenia could be part of the increase in pupil capacity from 100 to 200 from the school year 2022/23.

The establishment of a Christian elementary school in Prague
Can you imagine a school where children can…
…speak English for one whole day each week?
…progress in math at their own pace?
…read in Czech, search for information and learn to express their own thoughts?
…go on trips and meet interesting guests?
…do their own experiments?
…be with a great group of kids and teachers?
